There is an ongoing mental health crisis happening among our youth, and many of us are trying to navigate how to best raise our children in the midst of a world full of screens and technology, bullying, and post-pandemic challenges.
Now more than ever, mental health programs for youth are needed. Having access to needed resources can make all the difference with youth who are struggling. It’s important to de-stigmatizing mental health, and starting those conversations with our children when they’re young will make that possible.
Advocating for mental health programs for our youth allows us to better set them up for success.
